It's nestled in a beautiful building with nice and ideal location close to main tourist areas.
The bathrooms are way too small.

My stay in February was peaceful and enjoyable. the double room I had offered a lovely window view of the hills, and the rollaway bed was a nice touch. the staff were competent, and the location was quiet and safe, which added to the overall comfort of my experience.

The staff was incredible and the location amazing. It was a bit out of the hustle and bustle of the square but is only a short walk to reach it.

Plumbing issues, promptly handled by hotel. Dogs parking rather loudly at night for rooms that faced the street.

Terra Andina was centrally located and felt "homey". It is not a fancy hotel but is very nice. It was very clean. It felt like we were coming home once we returned from our trek.

The beds were excellentand the personnel kind and amicable
Some guests took over the lobby nearby my room to chat loudy and drink wine. They also brought their small child who screamed form time to time. I complained to the reception and they removed the people promptly.
